The purpose of the following information is to genuinely and professionally emphasise key aspects that I hope will help people avoid virus contamination and strengthen their immune system which is so crucial when dealing with this viral emergency. THERE ARE 2 MAIN WAYS TO AVOID THE INFECTION, THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS:
[1] AVOID TOUCHING external surfaces of any sort - they can be infected:
• Do not shake hands or embrace other people.
• Stay away from other people as much as possible (social distancing is CRUCIAL). If you must to go out, keep them at least at 2 mt of distance from you.
• Avoid touching all the surfaces with which you come into contact during the day such as door handles, tables, desks, various plastic and metal objects, etc.
NEVER NEVER NEVER touch your nose, mouth, eyes and ears with unwashed hands when carrying out daily activities EVEN with gloves, they can be contaminated too.
• Cut your nails very short, the virus lurks in damp coves.
• Wash your hands thoroughly and often throughout the day.
• Wash your hands thoroughly when you get home, before touching anything.
• Wash your hands with a lot of soap, wash them up to your wrists, counting up to 40.
• Dry your hands very very well, the virus loves moist and greasy surfaces.
• Remove rings from your fingers because they could hide the virus which lurks in damp coves.
• Disinfect your mobile phone regularly with alcohol wipes.
• Disinfect / wash regularly all the food you buy, both the containing bags and the food itself.
LATEST - If you think that you have been exposed to an environment that could have been saturated with the virus, do the followings: Change clothes as soon as you are back home, put them in the washing machine, have a shawer and put on fresh clean clothes.(One italian and one spanish nurses have contacted me with this tip - Thank you nurses, your input is greatly appreciated and please, take EXTRA EXTRA care of yourself too in Hospital).

[2] AVOID BREATHING IN microscopic particles of other people's saliva or under conditions of air conditioning systems.
• You do not have to, according to ufficial advice. However, if you are forced to, because you are vulnerable and you need shopping for foods or medicines then, you may chose to wear a mask and glasses when you are outdoors while interacting with people or when other people get too close to you. e.g. at the counter or while queuing.
• Stay away from people as much as you can, if you can.
• If you can't, stay at least 2 meters away from them.
• Wear goggles to protect your eyes from possible saliva-contaminated droplets of people who may cough or sneeze in front of you.
• Wear face mask and goggles when you are in shops with an aerosol conditioning system.  (some data seem to indicate that infected particles can be transported and emitted into the air through ventilation devices - REMEMBER the 'DIAMOND PRINCESS' cruise ship)   MORE INFO HERE.
If you think you have been exposed to the virus and have a sore throat, a dry cough or both, the following might be of help - [IT IS NOT A GUARANTEE BUT IT COULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE - ANYHOW, HAVE YOU BE TOLD OF A BETTER ALTERNATIVE? THINK! - better safe than sorry]  So, use as much as you have available - put honey, turmeric, lemon, vinegar, salt, garlic and grappa or vodka in a glass of warm / hot water and gargle (some studies seem to indicate that the virus stays in the throat for 3/4 days before going down to the lungs. - That is why a sample is taken with a swab from a person's nose or throat). It is at this point that the sore throat and cough starts. After several gargles, sip the liquid without getting burned and swallow it, it should detach the virus from the walls of the throat. Once in the stomach, the gastric juices will neutralise the virus.

[3] HOW TO STRENGTHEN OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM
80% of the immune system lives in the intestine, so it is essential to keep it clean and detoxified as much as possible, how? let's see it together:
[1] Make sure to KEEP YOUR BOWEL CLEAN, taking laxatives if necessary.
[2] Eat real natural food, lots of fruits and vegetables. (Avoid prepackaged and junk foods).
[3] Consume chicken or beef bone broth (boiled slowly for at least 3/4 hours) (see Youtube video on how to prepare it).
[4] Drink at least 1 1/2 Lt of liquid per day. (We need to stay hydrated as much as possible).
